These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in Monarq’s text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Monarq. Messages may include service-related notifications, account updates, appointment reminders, promotional or marketing messages, and other business-related communications. Message frequency varies.

Opt-In Consent

Consent to receive text messages is obtained by submitting your phone number through our opt-in form and affirmatively agreeing to receive messages. Consent is NOT a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Monarq. You may receive recurring or one-time messages.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Monarq is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers; however, delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier limitations or network issues.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message or shortcode. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Monarq. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information collected through our SMS program is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number provided to participate in the Monarq SMS program.

Changes to Terms

Monarq may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
